Our manufacturers will not accept any "special orders" returned nor any shoes. 2) When the purchase price of a dress is $200 or more, or the dress is a beaded or special gown such as an Alyce(Seraline), Flirt,Flip Jovani, Xtreme, Xcite, or Precious Formals or is a Flower Girl Dress such as Melody or Precious we can only ship one gown to each customer at a time (if a bridal party, contact us to make other arrangements). 3) On these gowns that are beaded or special (Alyce(Seralina), Flirt, Flip, Jovani, Xtreme, Xcite, or Precious Formals) or are Flower Girl dresses or $200 (including all of our Bridal gowns), we do NOT accept "returns" and no refunds will be issued but we do accept "exchanges" one time. If one of these gowns is returned to Sophisticated Lady for an exchange, the customer will be charged a $50.00 fee for "restocking" and "shipping" and we will exchange the gown for you one time , so be sure you are careful in your selection and be prepared to alter your gown as most dresses do not fit perfectly but need some degree of alterations . Be sure to email or phone us to let us know of your desire to exchange so we can be sure the dress you need is in stock. If you need to exchange/return any regular priced item that is not a beaded gown or wedding or flower girl dress or less than $200, be sure the return package is postmarked no later than 3 days after you received the merchandise and that the merchandise is unworn with all tags attached.
