Exchanges/Returns 1) No Exchanges or Returns on any of the "Liquidation dresses" (as they are all marked down for FINAL SALES)Special Order Items or on Bra purchases as our manufacturers will not accept returns on special orders or bras. NO RETURNS on any of the dresses in our "Short Dresses under $99" , "Long Dresses under $99" or "Bridesmaid Dresses under $99 as they have been "special" priced below retail for our customers. We will accept a one time exchange on the merchandise in these three sections with a $25.00 restock fee. 2) When the purchase price of a dress is $200 or more, or the dress is a beaded or special gown such as an Alyce(Jean De Lys, Seralina, Black Label, B'Dazzle,Atelier), Flip, Jasz, Jovani, Scala, BG Haute, Sherri Hill, or Terani or is a Bridal gown or Flower Girl Dress such as Melody we can only ship one gown to each customer at a time (if a bridal party, contact us to make other arrangements). 3) On these gowns that are beaded or Special Order (Alyce (Jean De Lys,Seralina, Black Label, B'Dazzle, Atelier), Flip, Jasz, Jovani, Scala, BG Haute, Sherri Hill, Terani or are Flower Girl dresses or $200 (including all of our Bridal gowns), we do NOT accept "returns" and no refunds will be issued but we do accept "exchanges" one time. If the purchase price of the gown is $250 or less, the customer will be charged a $50 restock fee for restocking and shipping and we will exchange the gown for you one time, so be sure you are careful in your selection. If the purchase price of the gown is more that $250 ($251 and above), the customer will be charged 20% of the purchase price as a restock fee. For example, if the gown cost is $299, the restock fee is $59.80. Be prepared to alter your gown as most dresses do not fit perfectly, and may benefit from some degree of alterations by your local seamstress. Be sure to Email or phone us to let us know of your desire to exchange so we can be sure the dress you need is in stock. If you need to exchange/return any regular priced item that is not a beaded gown or wedding or flower girl dress and not included in the "Short Evening Dresses/Prom under $99", "Long Evening Dresses/Prom under $99" or "Bridesmaid Dresses Best Buy under $99" , be sure the return package is postmarked no later than 3 days after you received the merchandise and that the merchandise is unworn with all tags attached. You will be charged a Restock Fee of $25.00 on any item in this category returned for a refund or exchange. Once your package is received by us, the item must be inspected, the returned item must be in original condition as we have 100% inspection in our shipping department before shipping. If an item has any make-up stains, odors, snags, or tags not attached, the merchandise will be returned to you. If we do return the item to you and it is not accepted, 50% of the item will be charged to you plus the restock fee. If all is in order and the dress was not worn, you will receive a credit to your account. This takes usually 2 - 4 weeks .
