If one of these gowns is returned to Sophisticated Lady for an exchange, the customer will be charged a $50.00 fee for "restocking" and "shipping" and we will exchange the gown for you one time , so be sure you are careful in your selection and be prepared to alter your gown as most dresses do not fit perfectly but need some degree of alterations . Be sure to email or phone us to let us know of your desire to exchange so we can be sure the dress you need is in stock. If you need to exchange/return any regular priced item that is not a beaded gown or wedding or flower girl dress or less than $200, be sure the return package is postmarked no later than 3 days after you received the merchandise and that the merchandise is unworn with all tags attached. You will be charged a restock fee of $25.00 on any item in this category returned for a refund. Once your package is received by us, the item must be inspected, paperwork processed and then a credit can be issued. This is usually a 2 - 4 week period.
