BUST. Measure under the arms, around the fullest part of chest.
WAIST. Measure around the natural waistline.
HIPS. Measure around the fullest part of the body, usually at the top of legs, about 7-9" below natural waistline.

(direct dial) DRESS EXCHANGE POLICY
1) We will accept a ONE TIME EXCHANGE on any merchandise under $100 with a $25.00/dress restock fee for restocking and shipping, so be sure you are careful in your selection. If an exchange cannot be found, you will be issued an in store credit.
2) We will accept a ONE TIME EXCHANGE on any merchandise under $200 and over $100 with a $35.00/dress restock fee for restocking and shipping, so be sure you are careful in your selection. If an exchange cannot be found, you will be issued an in store credit.
3)We will accept a ONE TIME EXCHANGE on any merchandise under $300 and over $200 with a 25%/dress restock fee for restocking and shipping, If an exchange cannot be found, you will be issued an in store credit. Be prepared to alter your gown as most dresses do not fit perfectly, and may benefit from some degree of alterations by your local seamstress.
4) We will accept a ONE TIME EXCHANGE on any merchandise over $300 with a 25%/dress restock fee for restocking and shipping If an exchange cannot be found, you will be issued an in store credit. 5) NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS or REFUNDS will be issued for any of the wedding gowns or flower girl dresses on this site by Melody (wedding gowns and flower girl dresses). NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS or REFUNDS will be issued for any wedding gown, formal or informal, over $200.00. Be careful in your selection of size and be prepared to alter your gown, if necessary.
6) 5-day Deadline:If you need to exchange any gown be sure the return package is postmarked no later than 5 days after you received the merchandise and that the merchandise is unworn with all tags attached. Once your package is received by us, the item must be inspected, the exchanged item must be in original condition as we have 100% inspection in our shipping department before shipping. If all is in order and the dress was not worn, your account will be charged the appropriate restock fee and you will be shipped your exchange request or notified of availability. If your one time exchange is not possible or available in time for your event, you will be issued a store credit good for a year from the date of issuance.
An email or telephone call would be appreciated that you are exchanging a dress for another; as not all sizes and/or colors are guaranteed available at all times.

Since international credit cards cannot be address verified,for your security protection as well as that of Sophisticated Lady, we ask that you scan a copy of the front and the back of the credit card you are using, showing a legible signature on the back and email us the copy! Special Military Discount:
Sophisticated Lady offers a 10% military discount when shipping to APO or FPO addresses. The discount will be deducted from the price of the dress at the time of processing.

Usually takes 2-5 days from the time we ship until you receive in US and Express is a 1-2 day guarantee from the time we ship.
